The competition

No subtitles, no translation. Just bodies, voices and light, and an audience that understands every word it doesn’t speak.

Each troupe is selected by the festival’s artistic cell from the applications received during the year. Every play is performed once, on one of the festival’s stages across Tangier.

After each performance, the troupes meet the audience and the other delegations. On the last night, the winners of the ten awards are announced.
